The Masculine Woman, Historical image of woman walking dog, a 1905 postcard.
Woman dressed in masculine clothing walks her bulldog. Intended as a spoof or an insult, this now reads as an interesting look at how fashions and politics change.
A type of Vinegar Valentine, a postcard craze for sending mean but also humorous messages to friends, coworkers, et. al.
Framed print in two sizes and two frame options. Arrives ready to hang.
**** Sizes are for framed prints *****
Postcard copyright 1905. Scanned from original in Liza Cowan Ephemera Collections.
The image is printed using an Epson large-format impact printer with archival inks on Epson Premium Lustre or Enhanced Matte paper. Frame mouldings are premium wood, the acrylic (instead of glass) is cut using the newest technology, and every single piece is assembled and inspected in the U.S.
